Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise but if something isn’t right, please let us know. Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from package delivery. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer; please find the most economical method for your return package. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment**. If the exchange item requested has a greater or less value than the original purchase price, the difference will be charged or credited to the original form of payment once the exchange has been processed.

Unfortunately we cannot accept merchandise returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. All exchanges/returns from other retailers must be sorted out with the original retailer. Only items purchased from can be accepted.

We may choose to decline your return or exchange request if item(s) appear to be used or missing tags. Any items that appear to be used will be returned at the customer’s expense.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Please fill out the Return Merchandise Form included with your shipment along with the invoice. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted with a completed Return Merchandise Form. If a copy of the form was not included in your shipment you can find a copy here:

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, the package will be processed in 7 business days. Once the refund has been fully processed your refund/credit will be issued and may take 2-3 business days to show up on your account depending on the bank. Customers will be notified via email once credit has been issued back.

Customers with accounts can check the status of their shipments returns and credits online.

Shipping Guidelines

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Orders placed Monday –Friday before 10AM PST will begin processing the same day. Any order placed after 10AM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10AM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday**. does not process or ship orders over the weekend and company observed holidays. Please allow extra time during Holiday and peak periods.

**Expedited 2nd day shipping will arrive 2 days from the date the item shipped, not from ordered, if deadlines for order processing are not met. is unable ship orders to PO Boxes, DPO/APO/FPO addresses.

For security reasons, any shipping addresses with a unit, apt, suite number will require a signature for delivery. If you are unable to receive your package please use an alternative shipping address or make arrangements with the carrier.

Shipping order confirmation

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking info to update.

International Shipping

At this time cannot accept international credit cards. We are able to take international orders and credit cards manually. To place an international order please fill out the international order form found here. We will be able to get you an estimate of the customs, freight and duties that will need to be added to the cost before finalizing the order.
